Weekly Cleaning includes:

• Net the pool of debris

• Brush the tile and steps

• Brush the walls as needed

• Vacuum or Leaf master as needed

• Empty skimmers and pump baskets

• Back wash ( DE filters ) filter as needed

• Test water and add chemicals

• Check equipment for visible problems

• All normal maintenance chemicals

• Requires 2 filter cleanings per year at additional cost ( $80 per cleaning )

Chemical Service

• Test water and add chemicals

• Empty skimmers

• Backwash ( DE filter ) filter as needed

Seasonal Maintenance:

• Filter service ( $85 per cleaning for Non-weekly customers )

• Pool cleaner Tune up

• Heater service

• Backwash valve service

• Salt system checkup

• Control system checkup

• Valve lubrication

Weekly Cleaning starts at $130 per month for a pool only ( chemicals and labor included )       $140 per month for Pool/Spa combo. Chemical Service starts at $75. Call us for an estimate or email us.
